What it does.
Built for Asian Paints retail displays and kiosk screens, the app turns a common but confusing topic — moisture and water damage — into a guided, self-service journey. Customers choose from eight common building problems (efflorescence, dampness, seepage, debonding and more), then tap the exact spot in a home or building where it occurs.
From there, a short educational video explains why the problem happens in that location, the app recommends the right SmartCare product with its key benefits, and a final video shows exactly how it's applied. It educates at the point of sale, builds trust by explaining the 'why', and guides customers to the right product — an immersive brand experience on kiosk screens and Android TV.
